Returns & Refund Policy


Our policy not offer returns unfortunately because shipping, returns and import duty tax charges in Turkey we can’t offer you any return or exchange.

Kindly advise you can sell in domestic address even if the cymbal sounds doesn't match within your desire.

If you still wanna return, return shipping buyers responsibility, you will be charged Shipping cost from istanbul to your country plus Restocking Fees %20 and most expensive and the reason we cancel accept returns, you will have to pay with any return enter in Turkey high Import Duty Tax fees.

If you damage the cymbal cause of wanna return and you don't wanna effect with extra fees, and if you didn't report to shipping courier when you receive if the cymbal box damaged you can't get any refund without proof, so please kindly do not try to follow dirty way.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
